BigMoDa.AI was born from late conversations between old friends and industry leaders who had spent decades solving hard problems inside the world's largest enterprises. Together, the founding group carries more than a hundred years of combined experience across strategy, engineering, and operations. They imagined a different kind of consultancy: small, senior, and built to move fast. From that first workshop, we began building a portfolio of high-impact proof-of-concept apps designed to give clients a running start, not another paper plan.
